June 14th, 2008 The following information was give to me by Calvin and Chris: There was rain on and off during the meeting. Even with the rain quite a few people showed up for the meeting. The work party did go ahead as planned, with work on the road by the creek started. Keith presented a "Property Waiver" that Chris (secretary) will make copies of for everyone to sign. This waiver is an accident waiver that must be signed and will be kept on file by the chapter. The entry sign at the front gate is going to be repainted by Carly R. Officer elections are in August. Note: Please clean up your campsites when you are leaving. There is no trash pickup. What you bring in take out with you. We want to keep the areas as clean as possible.
