The show is featuring seminars, lectures, and major door prizes. Our chapter will also be raffling off prizes and distributing information on GPAA and gold panning. The show will be held March 2nd thru 4th, 2007 from 10 AM to 9 PM. Any members that would like to help running the booth or the panning demo's please contact Sean McGarry (330-793-5357 or seanecash@aol.com). This show should be a lot of fun!! Calvin Heinbaugh ~ Vice Presidents Report:
The Monongahela Rock hounds would like to attend one of our meetings. Calvin will be attending their meeting on March 3rd near Pittsburgh. They would like to find out about panning for gold in Pennsylvania and Ohio. We will be inviting The Rock Hounds to our April outing.

An article in the Tribune-Review from February 4th states that there is a gold rush in the Amazon. One man panned 70 ounces of gold ($19,000.00) in 17 days. A four man crew panned for one day and found 400 grams of gold ($8,000.00). WOW!!!!

DO NOT forget to sign in at each meeting. For each meeting you attend during the year, you will receive that many free raffle tickets at our December meeting!!
